Is the LumeGlow Pro LED Facial Mask safe for dark skin? Absolutely. Our mask is specifically designed to be safe and effective for all skin tones, including deep melanin-rich African skin. LED light therapy is non-invasive and works at the cellular level regardless of skin tone.

How long does it take to see results? Most customers notice a visible difference within 2–4 weeks of consistent daily use. For best results, use the mask for 10 minutes every day.

What's included in the box? Your LumeGlow Pro LED Facial Mask comes with the mask, USB charging cable, protective carry pouch, and a quick-start guide.

How long does delivery take? We ship directly from our manufacturing partner. Delivery takes 10–20 business days to Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, and South Africa. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

How do I use the mask? Cleanse your face, put on the mask, select your preferred LED mode, and relax for 10 minutes. That's it. Use daily for best results.

What do the different LED colours do? Red light stimulates collagen and reduces fine lines. Blue light targets acne-causing bacteria. Near-infrared repairs deep tissue. Yellow reduces redness. Green targets dark spots and hyperpigmentation.

Can I return my mask? If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it immediately. For change of mind returns, items must be unused and in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Contact support@lumeglow.fit.
