At LumeGlow we stand behind every product we sell. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lumeglow.fit with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
Wrong Item Received: If you received the wrong product, contact us immediately and we'll sort it out within 24 hours.
Change of Mind: Due to the personal nature of skincare devices, we do not accept returns for change of mind on opened or used items. If your item is unused and in original packaging, contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss a return.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
