At LumeGlow, every order is shipped directly from our manufacturing partner to ensure the freshest, highest quality product reaches you.

Delivery Times: Standard delivery takes 10–20 business days depending on your location. We currently ship across Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, and South Africa.

Shipping Costs: Free shipping on all orders over $80. A standard shipping fee applies to orders below $80.

Order Tracking: Every order comes with a tracking number sent to your email once your order is dispatched. Use it to follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, please contact us at support@lumeglow.fit, and we'll resolve it immediately.
